COCKTAILS

A New Spirit of Cocktails

Kodoko Rakshi and our Timur-infused gins are unlike anything you’ve tasted — born from ancient Himalayan tradition and built for bold, modern cocktails.

This page is our creative bar counter — where we mix, experiment, and evolve. Whether you’re from the Nepali diaspora or just curious to explore something radically different, you’re invited to sip, discover, and come back for more. New recipes are always being poured.

Curated in Collaboration

Signature cocktails featured on this page were developed in collaboration with Rukesh Gurung, a skilled Nepali mixologist with over 15 years of international experience. Rukesh holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Singapore and currently leads the bar program at Hotel du Vin in the UK.

A UK national finalist in the 2025 Graham’s Blend Series cocktail competition, his contribution reflects a deep understanding of flavor balance, craft, and Nepali heritage — helping bring the spirit of our ingredients to life.
