By proceeding to use our website and placing order for alcoholic products, you explicitly confirm that you are of legal drinking age, and you also confirm if the purchase being made is for different recipients other than you, they too are of legal drinking age.

Our product is an alcoholic drink and should be consumed responsibly. We may add new products or change existing products including their packaging and physical appearances.
We try to ensure all the information in our website are up to date and accurate, however information on the product price, product description and product availability may vary or be incorrect in some instances.
We will try to amend such errors as soon as possible if discovered, and if you have your order already in place, we will offer you an opportunity of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling that altogether.
2. Site Terms changing right
We reserve the right to change the Terms in this website as and when we feel appropriate. The Terms at the time of your purchase shall be in force for transaction between us.
We will notify you in reasonable time about if any such changes are made. You will have right to cancel any existing order with us if affected by the change of Terms.
3. Faulty products
Upon receipt of product, if you find any damage, take photograph and inform us straight away at sales@kodoko.co.uk within 48 hrs. We will provide replacement product or refund you the full amount.
4. Order cancellation, Return/Refund
You can cancel your online order within 14 days from the day you make your order.
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase. However, if you wish to return your purchase you should notify us your intention to return at sales@kodoko.co.uk within 14 days of product receipt.
You should also post the product to us within 14 days from the day you notify us your intention to return.
We shall provide you the postal address for returning the product from sales@kodoko.co.uk.
For us to accept product return, the product should be in its original package, seal intact and not tampered in any way, otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return and refund request.
Please also keep the record of return postage you made safely and produce that upon our request if we ask for.
